HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR THE BUYER TO RECEIVE THEIR ORDER?

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, Estimates of shipping dates are shown below.

Handling And Transit Time:

  • Handling Time: 0 - 2 business days ( Monday to Friday)
  • Transit Time: 
    • Standard Free Shipping (3 - 4 Days): Free of Costs ( $50+ order amount)
    • Standard Shipping (3 - 4 Days): Cost $4.50 (Under $50 order amount)

 *Note: on purchase, the customer must accept that these delivery times are estimates only, based on the average data from 10,000+ Orders. Some orders may be faster, or slower depending on the location of the recipient and the fulfillment center used. Due to the current pandemic, some orders might delay longer than expected.*

 

When will my order be processed? 

We want to make sure you get your items as quickly as possible. When ordering please make sure you select the correct model and color.

 Orders will be processed within 0-2 business days of ordering and be shipped the next day after the processing day. Modifications or cancellations cannot be made once the order is shipped out. 

 All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouse in China. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons.

  

Shipping confirmation

A shipping confirmation is emailed to you as soon as your purchase has been shipped, which will allow you to track the status of your shipment. Shipping costs are dependent upon the weight of the package and delivery location. Customers are responsible for customs duties and taxes for all international orders.

ORDER PROCESSING

Sales taxes will be calculated at checkout where applicable.
We typically ship your order within 24 hours. Where possible, we try to ship the same day. During peak periods, there may be a delay of one day (but we sure try hard to avoid that). Overnight shipments receive priority processing. Order status will be emailed to you when your order ships.

SHIPPING - USA

FREE SHIPPING ON DOMESTIC ORDERS $50+.  Depending on where you live, your silk beauty can get to you within 3-4 business days.

SHIPPING - INTERNATIONAL

* ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS SHIP BY DHL EXPRESS & FEDEX.

International express courier takes 3-5 business days for most regions.
Shipping rates depend on your region and can be reviewed at checkout before placing your order.

Payment of additional duties and taxes may be required before your order is released from customs, depending on the delivery address.
Please note: Travel Set products only ship within the Continental USA at this time. Face Coverings only ship within the Continental USA at this time.

PRE-ORDER ITEMS

If you order a pre-ordered item in the same transaction as other innelli products, your order will ship in full once the pre-ordered item is in stock. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate split shipments at this time.
